Hello! Welcome to my latest upload, a small home for two Sims just starting out. It has a living room, a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a study.


There are three pieces of custom content included, a plant from Around the Sims 3 and a loveseat and side table from Awesims. The only other thing I used was Remove stencils and overlays by velocitygrass.
The lot price is 17,992 furnished and 14,194 unfurnished.
The lot size is 20x15.
