This cute this little starter is perfect for those Sims just starting out. It contains 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining/living room. It also has a study nook, complete with computer and also a private lake.

A smoke alarm and burglar alarm is also in the home. There is no phone because your Sim already has one lol.

It costs $18,441 furnished and $13,750 unfurnished. I built it at 270 Sunnyside Blvd, but it should be able to go just about anywhere.
