I am originally from a small town where many of what we consider apartments are actually just old houses split into two or more separate homes. So I decided to take one of the maxis lots (Family Farmhouse) and convert it into apartments.

I was unsure if it was going to work but I have tested it and everything seems goooood. Please let me know if there are any problems.
