Pennington Cottage is my first starter home, unfurnished it costs 17,494 Simoleons, furnished it is 25,039 Simoleons.
Which is why the title says kind of
The expansions and stuff packs listed aren't necessary unless you are buying it furnished, because it is only some furniture from those :P
You may use this in Let's Plays, movies, screenshots and stories but please do not re-upload anywhere else as your own, a lot of work went in to this. I'd also appreciate it if you link to this download and give me credit if you do use this house in anything. I hope you like it!
