The "Not So Special" Starter Home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, on a 20x20 lot, with a small spare room that could either be used as a study or a nursery. There is a large room for a combined kitchen/dining room and a living room and a small room attached to the kitchen that is designed to be a conservatory but could also be used as a small dining room.
There is nothing immaculate in the design of the house but I can safely say it is custom content free!
