Description

This ornate and compact Victorian comes in two flavors: residential and community. While the shell and landscaping is identical in both versions, the residential version is a fully furnished 2 bd/1 ba home and the community version is unfurnished and laid out with a community bakery in mind.

Required EPs

Per the creator guidelines, I've listed as required the EPs from which I've used items that would significantly change the look of the lot if missing. I've also included EPs from which I've used more than one or two items, because I think it would be more than mildly annoying to fix those missing objects. But keep in mind that I have all EPs, and that if you don't have them all you may have to replace a couple missing items.

University Life is important for this one because all the interior wall coverings are from UL; World Adventures is also important for the paneling on the exterior. For the residential version I used a lot of objects from Ambitions.

Custom Content

I've used the following custom content in this lot. Nothing is included in the download, so if you want these items you have to download them separately.
  • Medium gray textured roof by tammy_trauma (this roof is no longer available for download from the creator. If you don't have it, you could use the gray scalloped roof from the base game or something similar.)
  • Siding by plasticbox
  • Doors, arch, screen door and windows 1 | 2 | 3 by b5Studio
  • Single Vision Dessert Window from the Store bakery set (if you don't have this you could easily substitute any tall-ish window you have)
  • Short edger fence by armiel
  • Corbel by Mutske
  • Lavender default override by Aminovas (obviously optional, but I like it!)
  • Remove stencils mod by velocitygrass (you should still see objects withouts stencils/overlays even if you don't have this)

Other Info

I didn't furnish the community version because I built it for myself and ended up using an unreasonable amount of custom content! But if you want to see how I intended the space to be used and how I chose to decorate, you can go here.
