Description
This Craftsman home is modestly sized, but efficiently laid out to accommodate a family of five. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath and the hallway bathroom is shared by the two other bedrooms—one with twin bunkbeds and the nursery for a baby or toddler. The eat-in kitchen leads to the laundry/mudroom and a small screened porch.

Per the creator guidelines, I've listed as required the EPs from which I've used items that would significantly change the look of the lot if missing. I've also included EPs from which I've used more than one or two items, because I think it would be more than mildly annoying to fix those missing objects. But keep in mind that I have all EPs, and that if you don't have them all you may have to replace a couple missing items.

This is a very compact lot, with absolutely no yard whatsoever, because I originally placed it close to a crowded city center. If you want a backyard you'll want to place it on at least a 20x30 lot.
