This is Kelly
She was an ugly duckling as a child, but grew up to be beautiful in an unusual sense and made her way to the High Sims Fashion.
As a model she has to wear different images and styles, but in her everyday sim-life she tends to go without makeup and shows all her natural freckles.

How to install
I'm sure there will be default install instructions soon, but for now: 5 files you got from extracting the rar file go to the Tray folder, located either in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 or Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo. Then you'll find the sim in your Library in game.

In case you're wondering, I made the sim with the real model in mind, but it turned out a little different.
