The house is unique because of the use of arches to link all the rooms, thus creating an open plan that enables the inside and outside to flow seamlessly.

The centerpiece of the Villa is the two-story great room which functions as the main living area of the house. The dining room and library has large archways which leads to a veranda and has fantastic views of the surrounding landscape. The Mediterranean inspired kitchen is large an airy and features a small breakfast area. And the bedrooms are lavishly furnished and come with en-suite bathrooms.
