Service: Lipoaspiration and Body Implants

Description
Sedentary Sims now can now get in shape by doing a Lipoaspiration (lower fatness) or get Body Implants (increase muscles). You can find it by using the cellphone, "Hire a Service".
NOTE: The strings (text) are only in english version (0x00), for now...

Installation
Extract the downloaded file in your "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods"
(Note: if you using an older version than the "Ghost Patch" this install procedure won't work, read "Install Instructions" or Forums for more information).
