Blue Gym and Pool a Community Lot

This is my first the Sims creation. With the new pools I found it was a bit annoying that no community lot with pools was available for the more poor sims who can't afford one to enjoy. I tried to download a pool gym but got to the conclusion I didn't like so I decided to try and build my own. So here it is.

It contains three floors.

Ground Floor:
Inner pool
Sitting area
Toilets.

Second floor:
Eating area/bar
Sitting area
Outer chess area and grill
Weight lifting room
Treadmill room
Toilets and showers

Third floor:
Dance room and boxing area.

Enjoy.
No custom content was used. This was built using the Move Objects on cheat by Twisted Mexi http://modthesims.info/d/535846
So if you don't have the mod some objects may be missing (like a door... I have found this to happen often especially when I placed a chair by the door like in the shower room in the second floor. The arch door often disappears due to the chair by it, when I deactivate the mod). However you may need to deactivate the cheat to move the building on the lot freely without the furnishing becoming missed everywhere.
