Spa and gym club. Has a hairdresser's salon, a spa, a lounge and a fitness center. 4 bathrooms, managers office with a computer. 30x20, no CC.
On the screenshots behind the bar there are some debug object witch do disappear when saving the lot in my gallery. So if You like it I'm sorry to tell You that You'll have to put it back yourself ((( For those who don't know, the cheat is bb.showhiddenobjects and than type "debug" in the search panel.
