As some may know by now, I've been uploading so many sets under "PATIO" name. Once again here is another addition to the AP_Patio family. This time, I bring to you the stairs and fence


There are 7 recolors added to the main mesh and this sure looks good for modern building. Brut am sure it can also go into other themes







The stair found under staircases cost 1400 Simleon and the fence under fences at a cost of 100 Simleon
