The first is the modification of the Sumptuous Swan Free standing Sink to a counter sink
The second does not involve any modification of the object, but rather a simple rotation of the Gilded Scrollwork Mirror to make it a one tile object rather than the initial two tiles.
The Sumptuous Swan Counter Sink can be found as shown in the image below
