ABOUT THE EUROPEAN BUILDINGS
Inspired by suburban buildings from all around the riverside Spanish city of Bilbao, this is the first in a series of European style row-buildings. Everything's much more cramped over there and it's interesting having your sims live in a place where there's less space and sprawling lawns than they're used to, yet no less comfortable or beautiful for it. Have to say, however that most of these buildings are much more luminous than their real-life counterparts due to my window enthusiasm
All buildings from this series are built to the very edge of the terrain with help from the
Lot Adjuster in order to have them be very close to one-another in the neighborhood view.
ABOUT ARRIAGA BUILDING
Arriaga Building is a modern 5 apartment building with some old world brick-and-mortar charm.
All apartments are furnished, so if you want to rent them that way,
you'll have to cheat a bit in order to do so.
There is one apartment per floor (either suite or double bedrooms) save for the bottom floor which hosts 2 smaller apartments. There's enough variety to suit your sim's needs and budget.
Lot Size: 1x3
Lot Price (furnished): §902 to §2327

Thanks to Mootilda for the wonderful lot adjuster, it wouldn't have been European with so much *space* between buildings
Also, for the guys at the Sims Wiki, because I kept getting frustrated by finding my apartments empty while I test-rented them
