Heres a cosy Split Level house for your simmies. If you have Nightlife the garage (Im sure Ive done it right!) just needs a driveway door and extension plopped into it to make it functional. Id also recommend swapping that roof part for the Shed Gabled roof and then lowering it down to make it look more streamlined. Sadly in BG you cant lower roofs, else it would have been done!
