Old Albert lived in this house for many years, it was passed down through generations and he loved it. Now having had to move into an old folks home he needs to sell it to pay for his upkeep, It was always Granny's House to him when he lived there with his old grandmother, and when she died that was how he always referred to his home.



The home consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. On the groundfloor is a large living room, kitchen/diner Foyer and hobby-room.
