This lot is based on the homes I see on the way to Blackpool (a English seaside town). It comprises of a nursery, 3 bedrooms, one is currently being used as a study/hobby-room, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, open-plan lounge and a kitchen/diner.

It was intentionally built for Sunset Valley, but I suppose it will blend in most anywhere. It stands on a 40x30 plot. It costs $91,200 fully furnished and $58,345 unfurnished.



It is CC Free, but I did use a couple of store items
