I can't believe this is the 25th Maxis MakeOver I've uploaded here! I hope all y'all like this one :lovestruc

This house [the Maxis original] can be found in Desiderata Valley - 196 Main Street.

I tried to keep the look and feel much the same as how Maxis built it, BUT make it more suited to my playing style and decorative tastes.
For instance: I like stairs with a landing, and formal dining areas that are separate from the living areas... there needed to be a garage added - I hate cars parked all willy nilly about the place! The original upstairs was just wasted space (to my way of thinking) and just what, WHAT are we supposed to do with that little dead-end hallway next to the stairs (in the original design?) *sigh* I dunno. So, I changed it.

I also tried to not use any CC... and failed, of course. But some of the strange decorative choices were made with that goal in mind - so please, redecorate as you see fit . Take away the oranges and yellows! (Please - I beg you!!!)

Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 (only necessary if walls are missing - it means I used the unlevel wall instead of "CFE" while building. If walls are missing, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall to your DL folder before loading this house again)

No sim has ever lived here. This is a clean copy of this lot.
