Pleasant View Church is a community lot that your more pious Sims can visit for deep thought, worship and reflection. There is a small house on the property that used to house the pastor, but the current pastor is none too fond living so close to a cemetery (even a small one). Yes, did we mention there is an old cemetery on the grounds? Full of wonder and mystery it may be nice a place to wonder and explore if you have a bored Sim or two. No one goes in there too much nowadays except the groundskeeper and even he avoids it at night-time. The church itself could hold a good size congregation with its many rows of seats and ample space. You could convert this to a residential lot and use the little house on the lot for a pastor and small family. Though some people use the bushes out front to relieve themselves there are restroom facilities with a nice waiting area. If you wish to purchase this property and convert it into a residential lot, it could be yours for $141,000 or you could just visit it for free.
