The 10th and penultimate entry in the "Base Game Plus" series. This unique houseboat was built using discarded shipping crates. It's tight inside, but has everything you need to sail the seas in style! Three bedrooms, three all-in-one bathrooms, and even a basement to keep your boat in when you're not using it. You can even fish off the side! All appliances (including the helm) have been upgraded.

**NOTE: I used Nraas' Debug Enabler mod to move the blinds on the third level so they fit the window better. You will notice them "floating" in the air on the second level. If this bothers you, just remove them and click them back in their proper place.**
