This was a challenge because I own the Store, but I think it came out nicely! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built with nothing except base game content, so it's easily placed in anyone's game. It's CC-free and Custard-checked and all appliances have been upgraded. Built on a 20X15 lot, it's a small enough footprint to place almost anywhere. Your Sims will enjoy convenient single-floor living at an affordable price of under §40,000 (including the family car)!
