This is my fourth round entry for the Community Spirit Competition.

The house is for James Evans, future Olympian, who wanted a modern house and had to have a pool and some exercise equipment. I thought that a super sport star would also need some privacy, and the front of the house is supposed to provide that You can see it here: http://modthesims.info/showthread.p...759#post5216759

This house was a challenge, since it was the first time I really attempted building a modern house. I thought it had to have something different, and the solution was two twin staircases separating the house and the gym while it is still one unit. The builder is very proud of her two stair cases



I have the Ultimate Collection, so you will need all expansion and stuff packs. No CC was used.
