Here are 4 hobby row shops for your sims

A potter, a florist, a toy and a robot maker may use these - and they are all under 20,000.

The lots were shrunk with the LotAdjuster - so they are 10X10 each.

Each one has a small bathroom, kitchen, the hobby station needed and is lightly decorated. Each one also has a number of shelves, empty, which the Sim can stock as needed.

All 4 shops use the same shell, so you could make a long row of shops and just change the rest to your liking.
