This is a small cottage that offers eat in kitchen, laundry, clothesline, and an unfinished attic.

The last picture posted shows that sims are able to walk around in the attic with no problems. I left the attic empty for you to do as you please! I was able to put cribs and computer desks up there and all worked just fine.

If you do not have one or more of the packs listed, that is fine. The lot will still work. The game will just replace what you don't have with something that you do have.
