This is a small mediterranean style home. Was inspired by a home that is one of EA's homes in the edit town option. There is an attic that is unfurnished for you to customize as your own Home is added to a small lot for the option of moving to a larger lot if you so desire. I prefer homes on smaller lots so I can add more in the world.

If you do not have the Store content or any of the expansion packs that is fine, the lot will still work.
