As requested, I cloned the spitfire fountain object and changed the effect so it emits fog (similar to my bubble emitter). Now you can do it foggy style anytime anywhere

You can find it in Activities and Skills>Misc>Revy Fog Emitter

Polygon Counts:
LOD0: 50
LOD1: 24
