[06/11/20] Community Speaker for Residential

- Updated the speakers for the Pets expansion
- Made the speakers a stand alone clone so it doesn't override your base game alternative speaker anymore
- The new alternative speaker is named Revy Comm Speaker Alt found in Electronics>Audio
- Included a modified set of Pop speakers which will play in sync on your residential lots (Revy Comm Speaker Pop)
- Created clones of the spa day wall speakers and included them as separate packages in each zip. Now you have 2 different speaker options for each channel
- You can mix and match these base game and spa day speakers on your lot and they will all play in sync
- Changed the default volume setting to high. While you can adjust the volume of the speakers on your residential lot, you can't adjust it on community lots. I found the medium volume setting to be too low and I was placing a ton of speakers around the club to achieve the loudness I wanted. With the default volume changed to high, your club will be bumpin with only a few speakers.
- These new speakers will still work alongside my previous version but I suggest swapping them out and removing the old version anyway

Update v2
- Fixed the music note effect so that it goes away when you turn off a speaker
- Removed any chance of sim waking up if one of the speakers is in their room

I unlocked the community speaker (alternative) so that you can use it in residential homes. You can find it hangin' out in buy mode with the other radios. Now you can play custom music in harmony throughout your house and not have to go insane listening to a bunch of different music playing at the same time.

Unlike the speakers on community lots, you can turn these on/off or change the volume of each individual speaker. So if you want to put your spouse and kids to sleep early then go party in the basement you can just turn off the speakers in their rooms.
