Ellwood estate built by prominent business man Elijah Wood! Designed by the infamous architect Andrew Freeman! Took 3 years to construct this 3-story L-shaped estate. Elijah Wood spare no expense in his family estate!*



He and his wife has 4 children-2 boys and 2 girls so it includes bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus 2 studies and an activities room for them! Mr. Wood is truly a family man so he thought of everything! He wanted his family estate to be impressive yet cozy for family and guests!*
A three car garage is attached by a breezeway with a powder room and a bonus room above! the rear courtyard includes a pool and spa and a play ground for his kids!
