Hire anyone in person regardless of relationship

Have you ever tried to hire a particular sim to work at another sim's business, but discovered that you can't do that unless your sims have an existing good relationship with each other? This fixes that. Now you can hire anyone in person.

Requires OFB, obviously.

This hack shouldn't conflict with any hacks except ones that change the relationship requirement for the hire social. The only resource it modifies is BCON 0x1002 in group 0x7F710547.
