This house is very similar to the last two houses. The same architect was working again.

One version of this house is a starter home. It will cost 19914 §. Now it's time to earn money.
This version has no shower an no oven. So hurry and get a job or maybe sell the tree.

But if your Sims have already enough money and like the Art Nouveau style furniture they can buy the other version of this house.
Than they have to pay 89018 §. This version is furnished in Art Nouveau Style as far as it was possible with Maxis objects.

The house has two bathrooms and three bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are not yet furnished and can be used for other purpose too.
