An older version of this house I built a long time ago, but it was on a useless large lot. So I did it new. It is furnished without custom content.

One version is a starter home. It will cost 19952§. Now it's time to earn money.

The other version is fully furnished. You have to pay 68679§.
There were a few small conversions to the starter version, the kitchen got two additional windows, one door was moved,
the exterior walls are now partly clincered with bricks, and the living room walls have been redesigned too.
