Welcome to Simerica's Premier 55+ Community

Why you should retire to SimCity RV? Affordability - Activities - Location
Sim City Retirement Village is one of Simerica’s most affordable active living senior communities. We offer an exceptional range of recreational and social amenities. It is a safe place where residents feel secure while enjoying a year-round outdoor life style. (Shamelessly stolen rhetoric from Sun City Center.)

Please scroll through all the above pictures to see individual units and floorplans. We offer four different single-wide Park Models - each decorated in it's own distinctive style. With rents just over $1000, retirement living just got easy! All units are fully furnished with a double bed, night tables, mirrored closet, a full bathroom with a combined tub/shower, a kitchen with stove/range, fridge, in-wall trash receptacle, and eating bar/counter, plus living room seating, a TV, bookshelf, telephone, smoke and burglar alarms. All but one unit has a computer (there's room for it, I just didn't include it.) Each unit is geared toward a hobby too; with the hobby item included. When you scroll through the pictures you will also see all of the other "common area" amenities, which include: hot tub, train table, dart board, golf putter, exercise equipment, instruments, fire pit, and several grill/picnic areas.

The Clubhouse, with it's own kitchen area and bathrooms, has non-stop Poker and Mahjong tournaments.
(My sim-elders pretend the Poker game is actually Bridge *sigh*)
Outside on the "Back Porch" - it's always five o'clock somewhere is the only rule...

And, what's retirement without fishing?

These 4 apartments range in rent from $1063 - $1066, and are intended for one or two sims - preferably elderly/55+
NOTE: Cars do not come with the lot, you will have to visit the property before anyone moves in and add them yourself. All common area items (including the cars) are available for any sim to use.

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with both Mootilda's Clean Installer and Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor (read about it HERE ) and then double checked with SimPE - it's as squeaky as they come!

Necessary, and NOT included - GO get them:
Nengi Adirondack MM dining chairs - normally hosted at the S2Graveyard (which is down atm) - I'm including in a separate DL file
