Hi all TS2 players.
I wanted to test my skills on this side too, as I am more known as a TS3 builder.

Sunrise Duplex is, as the name suggest, a house with 2 identical apartments.



There are...
- Open kitchen-dining-livingroon
- Study
- 3 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms and a sauna
- Balcony
- Entertainment room
- Fenced-in backyards with ability to plant some veggies
... in both apartments

In the backyard is also a patio with bbq.

If you want to rent the apartment furnished, and I suggest you at least check them out as I put some effort on them, you can do it this way:
- Open cheatbox (ctrl+shift+C) and type in: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Go stand very close to the door of the apartment you are about to rent
- Shif-click the door and select: Rent Furnished
- After tha, open the cheatbox again and type in: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false
