I really missed this rabbit hole, so I decided to make it on TS4, because 'Dine out' is really buggy and also because I uninstalled it, I transformed it into an apartment building.
It has:
2 Apartments with: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen + dining room (each); tv room, 'office' and a corridor (single person apartment); hall, small sitting room (family apartment)(I decided to make the kitchen bigger, that's why it has less rooms but appears bigger)
1 entrance hall
1 gym
1 laundry room

How I play it: I don't have city living anymore, 'cause I decided to make room for Seasons (and also avoid frying my computer), so what I do is just lock doors (the apartments' entrance door) for people that aren't suppose to enter said apartments. It works similar to TS2: Apartment life but all apartments are visible, and also, no witches yet LOL

Also, you can't create your own building from scratch in City Living.

You can transform it into a restaurant, I didn't because I don't have 'Dine out' anymore. If you do and decide to upload it, give me credit for the exterior
