Hi everyone! Today I'm back with a brand new mansion for your- well... Actually more like only half a mansion.

I was inspired to build this lot from The Sim Supply when he uploaded a video of him building a house that looked like it was under construction in the Sims 4. I realized I loved that idea and that we never really do see houses being built in the worlds in game. So I decided to create a fun lot that depicts a large six bedroom and eight bathroom mansion midway through completion. The wood framing is mostly completed, the main block has a base roof, and the bricklayers have begun bricking up the front. Half timbered walls inside remain unfinished, as do some of the wings, but the layout is pretty much completed and can be recognized.

Beside the home is a small temporary construction trailer where the workers would operate out f while the home is being built. The trailer includes a small kitchen, bathroom, meeting room, and common space. Your Sim CAN live out of this trailer, through they would have to sleep on either the couch or the sleeping bag I added as an extra option, and only eat quick or microwave meals, BUT it can be done!

Even if the house itself is only a shell, I really love the way the lot came out! You can even, if you feel adventurous, finish it up yourself and move in! Or you can simply leave it as a fun touch of realism in your neighborhoods! Happy Simming!
