I just quickly built this for my friend who is doing a generational gameplay. It is a family house with three bedrooms and space left in the yard to expand on. You can gut the kitchen and bathroom as they were merely indicators of the rooms' use as I imagined it. You can alter the floorplan as you wish.

Unfurnished living/dining/party area. You can do what you want with it.

First floor:
Closed floor-plan
3 rooms, meant to be bedrooms but can be turned into different rooms
