I made this house for a save file that I'm working on, which at the moment is called Redwood Save file, where I mix elements from ts2, mainly Pleasantview, and some series and games, like Fallout 4, The Practical Magic, Sabrina, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, but I really liked that style, so I made it downloadable for everyone, without you having to wait for the save to be ready. I really liked the look of this house, everything fits very well, it's a large middle-class house, on a 40x30 plot, has a kitchen, dining room and living room with the integrated environment, with 3 bedrooms, two suites, one with its own closet, and 3 bathrooms in total, has a garage, a laundry room and a leisure area with swimming pool, "the mowed grass" was created using the dark grass that comes with the Eco Living expansion. if you find any errors in the text, I apologize, English is not my first language.
