This apartment was based of a house from the liveeditobjects section.
It has a gym and a laundry on the ground floor.
It has 5 apartments which is up to you how you use it.
If you would like a more challenged game you can move sims into all the five aparments.
If not then you can furnish just one and leave the other 4 empty.
All apartments have bathrooms and room for kitchen.
The apartment on the 3. floor has 2 bedrooms the rest only has one.
