So this mod is for you (and for me!
).

By default, EA does not allow interactions to "propose" or "Elope" with a npc ghost.
This mod allows your sims to Propose/Elope/Marry npc ghosts. You no longer have to add it in your household to engage, or marry with.

Unzip the downloaded file and place the .package file into your "Mods" folder.
