Sul Sul! Are you/your Sims looking for a big house with some luxury features for less than 150.000 simoleons?
Here it is! The "Big Fancy House" is the right deal, because it is a family home with a lot of space for your Sim's families and of course some areas for them to have some fun, like a patio with a pool, beautiful garden and a barbecue.
The style of this house is a sort of classic home mixed with some modern influences and it is located in Tranquille Crescent, Newcrest.
