A new house inspired from the South with a patio front protected by curtains where you can relax in great heat, and at the back a large swimming pool and a sitting area of garden. 2 stairs allow access to the floor without going through the house.

This house is composed of 2 floors.

On the ground floor:
- a large lounge with a bar, opening onto a fitted kitchen and a dining area.

- access to the outdoor garden and swimming pool.

- 1 accessible bathroom
- 1 small balcony on the front of the house
