Hello to all

It is said that a star owned this villa which she has refurbished. A swimming pool was built in the basement gardens with a patio and a beautiful terrace where sumptuous parties took place.

On the ground floor you can reach the common part of the house through a large entrance, with on the left a fitted kitchen overlooking a dining room and its stained-glass roof. A staircase leads to the swimming pool located in the basement. Opposite a living room communicating with the dining room and 2 small private terraces.

On the first floor a large landing area serves 1 master bedroom, a large bathroom with a hot tub, a teenage bedroom, and a bedroom that can hold 2 children’s beds, perfect for twins.

This villa also has a magnificent large terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and flowers. The outdoor pool/patio/BBQ area can also be accessed via external stairs.

Small wooded niches have been arranged upstairs, as a terrace.
