Description

It is a urbanistic mediterranean style family house for up to 5 sims.



It covers all your sims needs and then some. Floor plan is generally open. There is a great room as well as family room with a Tv and playing console. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as bathrooms and of course quite detailed laundry room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs master, teen bedroom and a kids bedroom with 2 beds. House also comes with a small pool. It is based on a house I saw on the house plans. I feel like it is a very nice family home. Feel free to adapt it to your liking

How to install?
After downloading the house use WinRAR or 7-zip to extract the zipped content. Copy and place Sims3Pack file into "This PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Downloads/. When you are finished with that open your sims 3 launcher and go to the "Downloads" tab, select the lot and press install. The game should do the rest.
