Welcome to my 2nd upload Caddieshack.

The idea and concept for this project came from turning a rundown shack on a lot with a 1 hole golf course on it, hence the name, into a luxury family home with 3 bedrooms.

Lot:40x40

Master bedroom has full En-suite the two single's have a shared en-suite. 1 stand-alone bathroom also in the bedroom pod.

Open-plan living area consisting of a living room, kitchen/diner and career areas with a computer room set into the side of the bedroom pod.

Outside there is a decked area surrounding a pool with access to the growing garden and golf hole.

The masterpiece is the basement gym and play area which has views into the pool.

Works best on 415 Skyborough Blvd, due to the natural surroundings giving cover.

Prices are furnished/unfurnished.
