The Summerdream family from Veronaville has always been one of my favorites to play, especially because they had such a unique house (formally named 71 Bard Boulevard). This lot, made from scratch, takes inspiration from the original house design without sacrificing aesthetic or functionality. Here's to hoping the Summerdream clan enjoys it as much as I do!
Redesign:
While this is indeed a makeover, I use a lot of the same palettes and objects present in the original house. This is not meant to be a beautification of the original lot. As I mentioned, I actually loved how the house was originally designed, but it needed dire improvements for optimal game play. You are free to redesign this lot to your desires, as I know not everyone likes wood paneling and berry carpet. Some custom content has been included on this lot, such as various preorder incentives that have been made publicly available.
Packs Used:
As noted, I currently use the Ultimate Collection for the Sims 2. Please be aware of this when you are downloading, especially if you do not have all of the expansion and stuff packs.

- Download the file; be sure to use Mootilda's Clean Installer.
- Locate the downloaded file and double-click it to begin installing (or whatever else is prompted via the Clean Installer).
- You should be good to go; however, if you are encountering issues (especially if you have the Ultimate Collection), please consider visiting this thread on Garden of Shadows for possible assistance.
Concerns:
As a rite of passage, I've noticed two mistakes since I've uploaded this lot:
- There is no fire alarm. Oopsie.
- The foundation wallpaper did not extend to the gated entrance.
