I'm here with yet another mod, or I should say an object recolour, I wanted to do a smaller mod this time.
(You can find the new Counters in Buy Mode (By function) at Surfaces>Counters or at (By room) Kitchen>Counters, The Islands and the Counters Cost 150 Simoleons while the Cabinets Cost 135 Simoleons their name will be 'Radiophobe - BlandCo Contemporary Counter/Island/Cabinet Recolor')
