TS3 3DS "8 River Vista Road"

Hey guys! I recently found myself playing the Nintendo 3DS version of TS3. While playing I looked at some of the houses and felt like recreating them in the PC version. Here's 8 River Vista Road, the most expensive house in the game. I tried to get as close to the original as I could while adding small improvements, such as adding a parking space for cars, and adding some trees and paths. The only thing major difference from the original is the roof. The 3DS version doesn't let you see it and the preview picture was too low-res for me to really make it out. So I put in my own. The lot size is 40x40 and the price 56,071 Simoleons furnished, and 55,196 unfurnished. I plan on doing the other houses in the game as well so stay tuned!
