This house is rather small however luxurious to an extent.
Layout:
First Floor:
Kitchen and dining room (Woodfloored rooms)
Kitchen is furnished fully except for dish-washer and trash compactor
Living room: Fairly big,includes fireplace
Bathroom tucked away accessable via the living room (small bathroom but has a shower)
Outside: Deck is fairly small, and the pool has black paint and what looks like marble as the tile for the pools bottom.also the murle painted on the tiling

Second Floor: Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, Bedrooms are a bit large.
The bathroom is the largest of the two, includes washtub
Hallways, can be used for, well whatever you like
