I love watching ghosts possess, however they break stuff with no mercy! Even though they could fix them with the ghost power in seconds, but I would admire them if they no longer break my computer and shower. So I made it come true!

The ghosts still have the power(interaction) to break things but they won't do it autonomously.

I'm NEW at making mods, If you have any problem with the mod, please tell

Stop Ghost possess to break Electronics & Plumbing, it won't stop them possessing, just nothing would be broken.
You can still control the ghost to possess to break your neighbor's computer, it's up to you
